The Lounge area has comfortable seating for two, colour TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, radio/CD player.
The Lounge leads through French doors to the private Balcony with table and chairs, and spectacular views over Mount’s Bay towards Cudden Point and the Lizard.
The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.
There is a separate Dining Area with dining table and chairs (highchair also available).
GROUND FLOOR
Double Bedroom with king-size bed, built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom with corner bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.
Beneath the stairs is a Washer/Dryer as well as storage space for suitcases etc.
There is private off-road Parking for one car next to the cottages.
Other information
The prices per week range from £250 to £740, with Short Breaks starting at £210.
What you see is what you pay – there are no hidden extras in the prices. Electricity and water charges are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost. Also included on request are cot, highchair and stair-gate. Towels can be provided if required. All you will need to bring with you is cot bedding (if applicable).
