Double Bedroom with built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps.
Twin Bedroom with built-in double wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables and lamps
Bathroom with bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, electric fan heater.
Next to the Bathroom is a Cloakroom Area, with a Washer/Dryer as well as hanging/storage space for coats, shoes etc.
FIRST FLOOR
The fully fitted Kitchen features electric hob, grill and oven, separate microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, cafetiere and toaster.
There is a separate Dining Room with dining table and four chairs (highchair also available at no extra charge).
The Lounge has comfortable seating for four, LCD TV with Freesat from Sky box, DVD+HD recorder/player, radio/CD player.
The Lounge leads through double doors to the Private Garden at the rear of the cottage, which has a garden table and 4 chairs and a raised Viewing/ Dining Terrace, with superb views of St.Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay (see picture at top of page).
There is private off-road Parking for one car next to the cottages.
Other information
The prices per week range from £350 to £1050, with Short Breaks starting at £250.
What you see is what you pay – there are no hidden extras in the prices. Electricity and water charges are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost. Also included on request are cot, highchair and stair-gate. Towels can be provided if required. All you will need to bring with you is cot bedding (if applicable).
